Role & Responsibilities
- Create and update dashboards and reports to communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Assist in estimating and monitoring sales forecasts for new products in the region.
- Monitor demand for regular products by adjusting statistical trends.
- Support markets in constructing forecasts, analyzing stocks, and orders to build reliable estimates across all distribution channels.
- Analyze and make decisions on quota allocations according to regional strategy and supply chain considerations.
- Help orchestrate the 3-axis marketing plan (Perfumes, Make-up, and Skincare) for Travel Retail and local markets.
- Support markets on campaign launches through daily exchanges and bi-monthly calls.
- Participate in trade marketing animations and related customer experiences.
- Develop tools for best practices sharing and campaign amplification.
- Monitor campaign and business performance through sell-in and sell-out analysis.
- Conduct studies on product offerings and customer typology.
- Inform international teams about market particularities and trends.
- Assist in preparing major meetings.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Fluency in English and French.
Skills
Experience
No prior professional experience required, but a strong interest in Fragrances & Beauty and luxury is essential.
