Role & Responsibilities

  • Create and update dashboards and reports to communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Assist in estimating and monitoring sales forecasts for new products in the region.
  • Monitor demand for regular products by adjusting statistical trends.
  • Support markets in constructing forecasts, analyzing stocks, and orders to build reliable estimates across all distribution channels.
  • Analyze and make decisions on quota allocations according to regional strategy and supply chain considerations.
  • Help orchestrate the 3-axis marketing plan (Perfumes, Make-up, and Skincare) for Travel Retail and local markets.
  • Support markets on campaign launches through daily exchanges and bi-monthly calls.
  • Participate in trade marketing animations and related customer experiences.
  • Develop tools for best practices sharing and campaign amplification.
  • Monitor campaign and business performance through sell-in and sell-out analysis.
  • Conduct studies on product offerings and customer typology.
  • Inform international teams about market particularities and trends.
  • Assist in preparing major meetings.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Fluency in English and French.

Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and data visualization tools. Excellent interpersonal skills for coordinating with multicultural teams. Autonomous, proactive, and adaptable nature.

Experience

No prior professional experience required, but a strong interest in Fragrances & Beauty and luxury is essential.

Education

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
