Fragrance & Beauty Counter Manager
Chanel seeks a Fragrance & Beauty Counter Manager in Huzhou to lead the Chanel Beauty counter, drive sales and develop client relationships.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations of the Chanel fragrance and beauty counter, ensuring adherence to brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Drive commercial performance by setting and achieving sales targets, developing selling strategies and monitoring KPI metrics.
- Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing team; conduct regular training on product knowledge, makeup techniques and clienteling.
- Build and maintain a high-value client base through proactive clienteling, appointment management and post-sale follow-up.
- Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, shrinkage prevention and accurate transaction/reporting procedures.
- Plan and execute in-store events, launches and promotional activities in coordination with regional management and marketing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, loss-prevention procedures and local regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury beauty or cosmetics retail with demonstrable sales results.
- Previous experience managing a counter, boutique or retail team, with people development and coaching skills.
- Deep product knowledge of fragrances, skincare and make-up, and the ability to train others.
- Commercial acumen with experience managing targets, merchandising and stock control.
- Professional presentation, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deliver discreet, high-touch client service.
- Fluency in Mandarin; proficiency in English is advantageous.
Experience
Typically 3+ years in beauty or luxury retail and at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role overseeing a counter or boutique.
Education
High-school diploma or equivalent; vocational or tertiary qualification in business, cosmetics, hospitality or related fields preferred.
