Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised consultations and product recommendations across fragrance, makeup and skincare to cultivate long-term client relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive clienteling, follow-up and appointment generation.
  • Maintain brand presentation and merchandising standards, ensuring visual displays, testers and POS materials reflect Chanel guidelines.
  • Perform professional makeup application and skincare demonstrations; educate clients on product benefits and regime recommendations.
  • Manage transactions, returns and inventory movements accurately using boutique POS/stock procedures; support stock replenishment and loss-prevention processes.
  • Record client data and service history in CRM to support targeted outreach, VIP servicing and post-sale engagement.
  • Participate in product and service training; act as an ambassador of Chanel brand values and compliance standards.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail experience in luxury beauty, cosmetics or fragrance, preferably within an aspirational or prestige brand.
  • Proven track record of client acquisition, relationship management and achieving sales targets in a boutique environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and consultative selling skills with a passion for makeup and skincare.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high visual and hygiene standards.
  • Flexible availability to support boutique hours, events and peak trading periods.

Experience

Preferably 1+ years of direct experience in luxury beauty or cosmetics retail with demonstrated sales performance and client development.

Education
