Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized fragrance and beauty consultations that translate product expertise into client loyalty and sales.
• Achieve and exceed individual and store KPIs and sales targets through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
• Perform makeup applications and product demonstrations consistent with Chanel service and hygiene standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising, ensure product presentation adheres to brand guidelines, and execute promotional windows and in-store displays.
• Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, handle cash and maintain accurate till reconciliation and records.
• Manage stock levels, replenishment and accurate inventory counts; report discrepancies to management.
• Coordinate and participate in client events, product launches and in-store appointments.
• Complete required brand training and maintain up-to-date product knowledge across fragrance, skincare and color ranges.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology/esthetician certification preferred but not required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Professional presentation and polished interpersonal skills appropriate for luxury retail.
• Demonstrable ability to meet sales targets and build repeat client relationships.
• Availability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Commitment to uphold brand standards, confidentiality and client discretion.

Skills

Experience

Typically 1–3 years of retail or counter experience in prestige beauty or luxury cosmetics, with a proven record of driving sales and delivering high-touch client service.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology or esthetician qualification preferred.
