Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, consultative client experiences in fragrance and cosmetics, tailoring recommendations to individual preferences and skin needs.
• Conduct fragrance fittings, make-up applications and skincare consultations in accordance with Chanel service standards.
• Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive clienteling, appointment management and follow-up.
• Build and maintain a high-value client book using CRM tools and personalised outreach to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
• Ensure impeccable visual merchandising and product presentation, maintaining brand displays and stock integrity.
• Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, manage transactions, returns and basic inventory reconciliation.
• Collaborate with the boutique management team on promotions, launches and training; ensure compliance with brand policies and loss-prevention procedures.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable aptitude for luxury retail and high-touch client service.
• Deep interest in and knowledge of fragrance, makeup and skincare; ability to translate product benefits into tailored client solutions.
• Outstanding verbal communication, interpersonal skills and professional presentation.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a boutique team while managing individual sales responsibilities.

Skills

Experience

Typically 1–3 years of retail or beauty sales experience, preferably within a prestige or luxury cosmetics environment. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and developing client relationships is highly desirable.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology, esthetician or relevant beauty certification preferred.
