Role & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to clients through the Chanel service ritual.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to enhance loyalty.
• Achieve sales targets by leveraging product knowledge and client engagement strategies.
• Participate in seasonal seminars and utilize learning applications to enhance skills.
• Maintain an omni-channel approach to ensure seamless client experiences.
• Resolve client issues in accordance with company standards.
• Stay informed about upcoming events and engage clients through demonstrations.
• Maintain a clean and professional work environment, adhering to visual merchandising guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail or a similar environment preferred.
• Knowledge of Chanel products and heritage.
• Ability to lift up to 5 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
