Chanel seeks a Footwear Fit Model (EU size 38) in Firenze Osmannoro for prototype fittings with design and technical teams.

Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in scheduled prototype fittings for footwear and provide precise, actionable feedback on fit, comfort and proportion.
- Provide accurate foot measurements and maintain consistent body/foot dimensions across multiple sessions.
- Collaborate closely with design, pattern-making and technical development teams to refine lasts, lasts modifications and sizing.
- Undertake wear trials — standing, walking and short movement sequences — to assess fit performance under realistic conditions.
- Communicate observations clearly, describe fit issues technically and suggest practical adjustments when requested.
- Adhere to confidentiality and product secrecy protocols during all development activities.
Qualifications
- EU female footwear size 38 (exact fit required).
- Well-maintained feet and professional presentation for repeated fittings.
- Strong ability to observe and describe fit issues in technical terms.
- Punctuality, reliability and availability for scheduled fittings in Firenze Osmannoro.
- Prior experience as a fit model or in footwear fittings preferred but not mandatory.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience as a footwear or fit model is preferred; experience working with fashion houses, ateliers or product development teams is an advantage. Candidates should be comfortable attending multiple in‑studio fittings and providing structured, repeatable feedback.
Education
No formal academic qualification required; vocational modelling, casting or footwear industry experience is advantageous.
