Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the La Sirène Atelier, welcoming internal clients and managing garment intake and labeling from boutiques and B2B channels.
  • Identify and implement solutions to streamline Atelier operations.
  • Facilitate communication with internal clients and boutiques.
  • Manage product flow, including order opening, labeling, and conveying order information to the Atelier team.
  • Ensure optimal organization and maintenance of stock storage.
  • Prepare and oversee product transfers between the Atelier and boutiques.
  • Reassemble cleaned garment sets and conduct quality control before dispatching to boutiques.
  • Promote collaboration by ensuring effective information sharing within the Atelier and with boutiques.

Qualifications

  • BTS or Bachelor's degree in management, logistics, supply chain, or a related field.

Skills

Strong interest in luxury industry challenges, communication, customer experience, and sustainability. Agility and flexibility in a start-up environment. Operational focus and initiative-taking ability. Reliability and attention to detail. Curiosity and adaptability. Excellent interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Excel and other IT tools.

Experience

Experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion or related industry is preferred.

Education

BTS or Bachelor's degree in management, logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
