Role & Responsibilities

  • Support monthly management reporting and consolidation for Perfumes & Beauty Export and Travel Retail Europe, including P&L preparation and variance explanations.
  • Perform margin and product profitability analysis, identifying drivers and proposing corrective actions to commercial teams.
  • Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and reforecast cycles; prepare assumptions and reconcile actuals to forecasts.
  • Produce regular KPIs and dashboards for category and channel performance; prepare slides and briefing notes for management reviews.
  • Collaborate with commercial, logistics and regional finance teams on ad hoc projects, pricing exercises and promotional impact assessments.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Finance, Management Control, Accounting or equivalent (candidate must be eligible for an internship/stage).
  • Strong analytical aptitude with meticulous attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Ability to synthesise complex data into clear, management-ready messages and presentations.
  • Proactive, organised and able to operate within cross-functional, multinational teams.

Experience

Prior internships or up to one year of practical experience in finance, audit, management control or commercial finance preferred; experience in FMCG, beauty, luxury or retail is an advantage.

Education

Master’s-level studies in Finance, Management Control, Accounting or a related discipline (enrolment in a recognised programme required for internship/stage).
