The Parfums Beauté division is currently enhancing its financial and non-financial performance management capabilities amidst evolving systems, tools, and regulatory requirements.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the management and monitoring of transformation and optimization projects for financial tools and processes, including diagnostics, planning, documentation, business needs validation, testing, and reporting.
  • Participate in the collection, documentation, and validation of business needs with Finance and Sustainability teams.
  • Assist in establishing efficient data management, transformation, and valorization processes, including automation and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to data governance implementation among stakeholders, defining roles, responsibilities, and process documentation.
  • Ensure data reliability and quality throughout the production chain in collaboration with IT teams.
  • Aid in the creation of insightful financial and non-financial reports using PowerBI and/or PowerQuery for various division functions.
  • Support change management and training by assisting users in adopting new tools and processes through communication, training, and support creation.
  • Participate in training new employees on Finance/Data tools and processes.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) from a business school, university, or engineering school with a specialization in finance, management, IT, or data.

Skills

Curiosity and rigor in digital tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and PowerQuery. Analytical and synthesis skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a preference for teamwork and cross-functional project management. Proactive, organized, and autonomous with a desire to engage in large-scale projects in a demanding and stimulating environment. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Experience

Ideally, candidates will have prior experience (internship or apprenticeship) in finance, digital transformation, data, or consulting.

Education

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field.
