Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a Business Partner to the Watches and Fine Jewelry division teams, assisting in budget management through analysis and ad-hoc expenditure tracking.
  • Support the production of monthly analyses including Profit & Loss, inventory, and sales figures.
  • Assist in preparing presentations for the Financial Directorate during forecasting periods.
  • Guide operational teams in optimizing the use of Information Systems to ensure financial reliability, including billing and purchasing processes.
  • Provide daily support to operational teams on the indirect purchasing system (COUPA) and invoice management (Basware).
  • Participate in inventories of finished and semi-finished products.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Business School or University with a specialization in Management Control, Audit, or Finance.
  • Previous internships confirming a strong interest in numerical data.

Skills

Teamwork and collaboration skills. Strong analytical, synthesis, and organizational skills. Proficiency in operational English. Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Interest in Information Systems.

Experience

Previous internship experience in finance or related fields is preferred.

Education

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
