Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze sales performance for the Swiss market on a weekly basis.
- Participate in the Swiss Markets regional activity review and management presentations monthly.
- Support the update of reports using Power BI.
- Engage in inventory activities in boutiques.
- Propose improvements such as new reports, automation, and best practices.
- Control invoice coding in the accounting tool.
- Participate in the monthly closing for the Swiss market.
- Update and track budgetary information.
- Organize and lead budget tracking meetings with various departments.
- Contribute to budget and forecast preparation.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects.
Qualifications
- Final year student in business school, engineering school, or university with a specialization in finance.
- Proven experience in management control, audit, or finance.
- Fluency in English is essential.
