Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance for the Swiss market on a weekly basis.
  • Participate in the Swiss Markets regional activity review and management presentations monthly.
  • Support the update of reports using Power BI.
  • Engage in inventory activities in boutiques.
  • Propose improvements such as new reports, automation, and best practices.
  • Control invoice coding in the accounting tool.
  • Participate in the monthly closing for the Swiss market.
  • Update and track budgetary information.
  • Organize and lead budget tracking meetings with various departments.
  • Contribute to budget and forecast preparation.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects.

Qualifications

  • Final year student in business school, engineering school, or university with a specialization in finance.
  • Proven experience in management control, audit, or finance.
  • Fluency in English is essential.

Skills

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Strong computer skills. Attention to detail and reliability. Curiosity and proactivity in a dynamic international environment.

Experience

Previous internship experience in management control, audit, or finance is required.

Education
