Finance Executive Assistant
Chanel in Paris seeks a Contract Finance Executive Assistant to support finance leadership on a fixed-term assignment.

Role & Responsibilities
- Provide high-level executive support to the Finance Director and senior finance leadership, including calendar management, travel coordination and prioritisation of daily agendas.
- Prepare, review and circulate finance-related correspondence, presentations and meeting packs; ensure timely follow-up on action points.
- Organise and coordinate internal and external meetings, committees and board-related activities, including minute-taking and logistics.
- Manage confidential documents and sensitive financial information with absolute discretion and compliance to internal procedures.
- Serve as primary liaison between the finance office and cross-functional stakeholders, external partners and service providers.
- Support basic financial administration tasks such as expense claim processing, invoice follow-up and document filing to facilitate the finance team's workflow.
- Coordinate ad hoc projects and special assignments driven by the finance leadership, track deadlines and report progress.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience as an executive assistant or senior administrative professional, preferably within a finance or corporate services environment.
- Proven ability to support C-suite or senior managers with complex calendars and competing priorities.
- Strong organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and capacity to work under strict confidentiality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and professional presentation standards.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting or equivalent professional experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Experience
At least 3 years supporting senior management or a finance function; demonstrable experience organising complex schedules, preparing executive-level materials and handling confidential finance information.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting or equivalent professional experience.
