Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales tracking reports based on distribution networks and product categories for the French market.
- Monitor and report monthly expenses, including promotional costs, boutique expenses, and head office operational costs.
- Identify risks and opportunities, ensuring follow-up with operational teams.
- Analyze and understand the impact of various cost items on the Profit and Loss statement.
- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and timely production of financial reports.
- Actively participate in budget preparation for sales, promotions, boutique expenses, and general administrative costs.
- Produce necessary analyses for each distribution network and product category.
- Contribute to the creation of budget presentation materials for senior management.
- Manage monthly and quarterly accounting closures, calculating and tracking provisions.
- Liaise with accounting teams and draft memos for auditors.
- Support operational teams daily, ensuring adherence to financial management principles.
- Participate in annual inventory processes in collaboration with the internal control team.
- Optimize existing reports and propose improvements for modernization and automation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Previous experience in financial control within a company or consultancy.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of one year of experience in financial control or a related field is required.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
