Role & Responsibilities
- Own and deliver boutique sales performance against targets and KPIs, analysing trends and translating data into local action plans.
- Lead, coach and develop a sales team to deliver exemplary client service and high-value conversion across product categories.
- Create and sustain high standards of boutique presentation and visual merchandising in line with house directives.
- Manage key client relationships through proactive clienteling, appointment management and bespoke service initiatives.
- Oversee stock control, inventory replenishment and loss-prevention processes to optimise availability and margin.
- Recruit, onboard and assess team members; conduct performance reviews and implement training plans.
- Coordinate local marketing and events with regional teams to drive footfall and brand activation.
- Prepare regular sales reports and communicate insights to area/regional management; ensure compliance with brand policies.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in luxury retail or premium fashion — track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to cultivate high-net-worth client relationships.
- Demonstrable expertise in visual merchandising and boutique operations.
- Excellent organisational aptitude with experience in stock and loss-prevention management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by boutique trading patterns.

Experience
Several years (typically 3–7) of progressive managerial experience within luxury retail or premium fashion environments, including direct responsibility for a boutique P&L and team leadership.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, retail management, fashion or a related discipline preferred.
