Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, anticipatory client service to a discerning luxury clientele and cultivate long-term client relationships.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through strategic selling, up-selling and clienteling.
- Maintain deep product knowledge across ready-to-wear, accessories and house categories; advise clients on styling and provenance.
- Manage client appointments, outreach and follow-up using boutique CRM tools to ensure effective client lifecycle management.
- Uphold the boutique’s visual merchandising and presentation standards, including window displays and in-store product placement.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and assist with stock control, inventory reconciliation and receiving.
- Coordinate with store management on promotions, private events and product launches; represent the brand at client events when required.
- Ensure impeccable professional presentation and strict adherence to brand policies, loss-prevention and service protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven aptitude for luxury client service and commercial selling; discrete and polished demeanour.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly with high-net-worth clients.
- Availability for retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods; flexibility to support boutique events.
- Legal authorization to work in France.
- Fluency in French; proficiency in English or additional languages is advantageous (not specified in source).

Experience
Preferably 1–2 years of retail or luxury sales experience, ideally within fashion or accessories; internships or apprenticeships in high-end retail considered.
