Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and guide clients through the boutique, providing a personalized and warm experience.
- Offer tailored fashion advice, aligning with Chanel's unique style and the client's desires, personality, and physique.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through empathy and exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Expand the client database and foster client loyalty to extend the Chanel experience beyond the boutique visit.
- Act as an ambassador for Chanel's style, combining storytelling with a deep knowledge of the brand's heritage and modernity.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to action plans to enhance performance.
- Utilize stock knowledge to drive commercial success and provide customer feedback to management.
- Understand and apply sales and cash register procedures, with a focus on airport-specific requirements.
