Chanel seeks a Contract Fashion Sales Advisor in Saint-Tropez. Deliver luxury client service in an iconic boutique setting.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to a discerning clientele and build lasting client relationships through proactive clienteling.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets while maintaining commercial awareness of product assortments and KPIs.
- Provide expert product knowledge across ready-to-wear, accessories and seasonal collections to inform client recommendations.
- Maintain boutique presentation to brand standards including visual merchandising, window displays and housekeeping.
- Process transactions accurately (sales, returns, exchanges) and reconcile POS activity according to procedures.
- Manage stockroom operations: receive deliveries, conduct stock counts, replenish the sales floor and escalate discrepancies.
- Support in‑store events and private client appointments, coordinating with the boutique team and local CRM when required.
- Uphold confidentiality, client data protection and Chanel’s standards of discretion at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in retail sales, preferably within luxury fashion or premium lifestyle brands.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑centric mindset.
- Impeccable personal presentation and professional deportment in line with luxury boutique standards.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
- Right to work in France.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of direct experience in luxury or premium retail environments, with demonstrable sales achievements and client development experience.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; formal training in retail, fashion or luxury sales is desirable.
