Chanel in Paris seeks a Contract Fashion Sales Advisor (CDD) for the Avenue Montaigne boutique. Luxury retail role focused on client service and sales.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver impeccable, personalised client service consistent with Chanel’s brand standards and tone of voice.
- Proactively develop and maintain client relationships through active clienteling and follow-up to drive sales and loyalty.
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets while maximising average transaction value and conversion rates.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions, stock replenishment and daily cash procedures with accuracy and discretion.
- Maintain visual merchandising and boutique presentation to uphold Chanel’s aesthetic and promotional directives.
- Support boutique operations including inventory control, receiving deliveries and participation in special events or trunk shows.
- Collaborate with the boutique team and management to share market feedback and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Professional presentation and polished interpersonal skills suited to luxury client service.
- Customer-focused attitude with a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and high-season peak periods.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in sales administration and stock handling.
- Authorization to work in France for the duration of the fixed-term contract.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–2 years of retail or sales experience, preferably within luxury fashion or premium retail environments; prior boutique or client-facing experience strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in retail, sales or luxury goods is advantageous.
