Role & Responsibilities

  • Produce and maintain a comprehensive multifunctional calendar for all boutiques.
  • Communicate calendar updates to relevant functions.
  • Coordinate project flow in retail boutiques, addressing scheduling issues.
  • Organize and support boutique management meetings, including preparation, scheduling, and follow-up.
  • Optimize operations of all retail locations by providing back-office support.
  • Coordinate and build presentations for seminars and meetings, ensuring collaboration with other departments.
  • Support the Training teams and HR in coordinating and scheduling training across all boutiques.
  • Ensure the quarterly training calendar is reviewed and confirmed at launch.
  • Support the Operations team in coordinating operations messages across boutiques.
  • Coordinate induction meetings and HR trainings into the retail calendar.
  • Build onboarding programs for newcomers.
  • Regularly visit and coordinate with Boutique Administrators to align on processes and calendars.
  • Support the Visual Merchandiser team in coordinating window and animation implementations.
  • Ensure synergy and communication between the Marketing and retail calendars.
  • Support the Fashion Retail Manager in network coordination.
  • Organize internal retail staff engagement and boutique team-building events, adhering to budget constraints.
  • Coordinate team treats and celebrations across boutiques.
  • Handle daily administrative inquiries for boutiques.
  • Execute central reports related to area of responsibility.
  • Accompany the implementation of new projects, providing feedback and reports to the Retail Manager.
  • Coordinate the visa process for staff attending training.
  • Manage uniform ordering, launch, distribution, and recycling.
  • Serve as an ambassador of the Chanel brand, sharing its vision internally and externally.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills with immaculate attention to detail.
  • Proactive and responsible with strong relationship skills.

Skills

Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. Proficiency in project management and scheduling.

Experience

Experience in retail coordination or a similar role within the luxury fashion industry is required.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, or a related field is preferred.
