Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with regional retail and corporate leaders to assess learning needs and define strategic L&D priorities for fashion, sales and client experience.
- Design, develop and deliver targeted learning solutions — including classroom workshops, e‑learning, product and clienteling modules — tailored to luxury retail environments.
- Implement train‑the‑trainer programmes and coach internal facilitators to ensure consistent roll‑out and local adoption.
- Manage the learning calendar and coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders (merchandising, store operations, HR, marketing) to align training with product launches and commercial initiatives.
- Administer and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS), track participation and measure impact against defined KPIs.
- Engage external vendors and creative partners where specialist content or production capability is required.
- Evaluate programme effectiveness through feedback, assessments and performance data, and iterate curricula to improve retail sales, product knowledge and client satisfaction.
- Support onboarding and career development pathways for store teams and sales leaders; provide ongoing coaching and performance support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business, Fashion or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven ability to design and deliver adult learning solutions for retail or client‑facing teams.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills with experience running workshops and train‑the‑trainer sessions.
- Analytical capability to translate learning metrics into business outcomes and to report on programme ROI.
- Excellent stakeholder management with experience influencing multi‑disciplinary teams and senior leaders.
- Flexibility to travel regionally to retail locations as required.
Skills
Experience
3–6 years of progressive experience in learning & development, talent development or retail training — ideally within luxury fashion, premium retail or lifestyle brands; demonstrable track record of delivering measurable learning programmes for store and client‑facing teams.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in HR, L&D, business or fashion-related disciplines.
