Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end governance projects across product, merchandising, supply chain and retail functions, translating strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps and deliverables.
  • Design, implement and maintain governance frameworks, policies and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent decision-making and regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders — including legal, compliance, merchandising, sourcing and regional teams — to align controls, timelines and resourcing.
  • Define and monitor KPIs and governance metrics; prepare concise dashboards and executive reports for senior leadership and steering committees.
  • Manage project budgets, risks and timelines; anticipate blockers and deploy mitigation plans to preserve critical milestones.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions and change-management activities to embed new governance processes and behaviours across the organisation.
  • Conduct process mapping and gap analyses to identify efficiency opportunities and ensure scalable governance as the business grows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, law, finance, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
  • Professional project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent) preferred.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and to operate within complex, matrixed organisations.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience translating qualitative governance issues into measurable controls.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in project management, governance, compliance or operations, ideally within luxury fashion, retail, or consumer goods. Demonstrable track record of delivering multi-stakeholder projects and establishing governance frameworks at scale.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, law, finance, management or related field; Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
