Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily coordination between design, production, merchandising and retail teams to ensure timely delivery of samples and production milestones.
  • Manage logistics for samples and prototypes: shipping, tracking, inventory reconciliation and return handling.
  • Maintain production and showroom calendars; schedule fittings, meetings and internal reviews.
  • Prepare presentation materials, line sheets and visual assets for showroom appointments and internal meetings.
  • Assist during fittings, photo calls and client or retail events; document notes and follow up on action items.
  • Update databases and trackers (sample status, size sets, QA issues) and produce concise status reports for stakeholders.
  • Liaise with external ateliers, vendors and couriers to resolve delivery or quality issues under direction of the coordinator or manager.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Business, Merchandising, Textiles or a related field.
  • Strong organisational skills with demonstrated ability to manage competing deadlines and detailed logistics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Professional demeanor and discretion when handling sensitive product and client information.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams and to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

Previous internship or academic project experience in a fashion house, showroom, retail operations or production environment is preferred; 0–1 year of relevant experience is acceptable for this internship-level role.

Education

Enrollment in or recent completion of a Bachelor's or Master's program in Fashion, Merchandising, Business or a related discipline.
