Fashion Coordinator Intern

Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily coordination between design, production, merchandising and retail teams to ensure timely delivery of samples and production milestones.
- Manage logistics for samples and prototypes: shipping, tracking, inventory reconciliation and return handling.
- Maintain production and showroom calendars; schedule fittings, meetings and internal reviews.
- Prepare presentation materials, line sheets and visual assets for showroom appointments and internal meetings.
- Assist during fittings, photo calls and client or retail events; document notes and follow up on action items.
- Update databases and trackers (sample status, size sets, QA issues) and produce concise status reports for stakeholders.
- Liaise with external ateliers, vendors and couriers to resolve delivery or quality issues under direction of the coordinator or manager.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Business, Merchandising, Textiles or a related field.
- Strong organisational skills with demonstrated ability to manage competing deadlines and detailed logistics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Professional demeanor and discretion when handling sensitive product and client information.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams and to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Experience
Previous internship or academic project experience in a fashion house, showroom, retail operations or production environment is preferred; 0–1 year of relevant experience is acceptable for this internship-level role.
Education
Enrollment in or recent completion of a Bachelor's or Master's program in Fashion, Merchandising, Business or a related discipline.
