Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire boutique teams to achieve business growth and individual development within Chanel's vision.
- Oversee all boutique activities, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational strategies.
- Drive sales growth and enhance client engagement through innovative clienteling and marketing strategies.
- Manage stock efficiently and ensure adherence to control procedures to minimize discrepancies.
- Communicate Chanel's aesthetic vision and ensure product assortment consistency with the buying strategy.
- Foster a client-centric environment, delivering exceptional service and unique experiences.
- Develop and implement the boutique's annual roadmap, addressing business challenges and opportunities.
- Monitor and report on commercial, client, financial, and budgetary indicators.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance brand performance and client journeys.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in luxury retail management, with exposure to Fashion, Watches & Fine Jewelry, and/or Fragrance & Beauty.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong strategic, financial, and operational management capabilities.
- Client-centric approach with a deep understanding of luxury service standards.
