Role & Responsibilities
- Manage internal after-sales system for client claims, including data entry and resolution for small boutiques.
- Order spare parts and support overseas repair preparations.
- Update the eyewear system and assist with administrative requests from CASS administrators.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year university or equivalent.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 2 to 3 months of experience in supply chain or after-sales service.
