Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage internal after-sales system for client claims, including data entry and resolution for small boutiques.
  • Order spare parts and support overseas repair preparations.
  • Update the eyewear system and assist with administrative requests from CASS administrators.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year university or equivalent.

Skills

Proficiency in spoken and written English. Advanced computer skills, particularly in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Excellent communication skills with a harmonious approach to interactions. Positive, open-minded, and sincere attitude.

Experience

Minimum of 2 to 3 months of experience in supply chain or after-sales service.
