Chanel in Barcelona seeks a Fashion Advisor — Women's Ready-to-Wear to deliver personalised luxury service and drive RTW sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized client service that reflects Chanel’s luxury standards and deepens long-term client relationships.
  • Advise clients on fit, styling and wardrobe coordination for women's ready-to-wear collections, providing expert product guidance.
  • Drive store sales and meet individual and team targets through consultative selling and proactive clienteling (follow-ups, appointments, VIP servicing).
  • Maintain exemplary visual merchandising and presentation of the RTW floor to uphold brand image and seasonal directives.
  • Manage stock integrity, local inventory processes and accurate transaction handling through the store POS and CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with store management and cross-functional teams on client events, private appointments and launch activities.
  • Uphold Chanel’s standards for confidentiality, discretion and professional conduct at all times.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail sales, preferably specialising in women's ready-to-wear.
  • Demonstrable expertise in fabric, fit and garment construction relevant to premium RTW collections.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with a consultative, service-oriented approach and strong clienteling capabilities.
  • High standards of presentation, punctuality and professional discretion when working with VIP clients.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends, and to participate in client events.

Experience

Secondary education; vocational qualification or degree in fashion, retail management or a related discipline preferred.
