Chanel is hiring a Fashion Advisor in Vienna — deliver personalised styling and luxury client service for the maison.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised client service and one-to-one styling guidance to a discerning, high-net-worth clientele.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive clienteling and appointment management.
  • Maintain expert product knowledge across ready-to-wear, accessories, leather goods and fragrance lines; present merchandise with consummate attention to brand standards.
  • Cultivate and expand a private client book via follow-ups, CRM updates, and curated outreach.
  • Ensure visual merchandising and boutique presentation adhere to Chanel guidelines; manage stock rotation and housekeeping of sales floor.
  • Coordinate with back office, shipping and after-sales teams to resolve client requests and ensure seamless service for purchases, repairs and returns.
  • Represent the maison at in-store events and private client appointments, supporting trunk shows and exclusive previews as required.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail or high-end fashion client advisory, ideally with progressive sales results.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; polished professional demeanour appropriate for a couture environment.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to read client needs and close transactions discreetly.
  • Organisational discipline for appointment management, CRM hygiene and stock control.
  • Flexibility to work boutique hours, including evenings and weekends; willingness to support private client events.

Experience
