Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalised client service through active clienteling, appointment handling and relationship building to cultivate long-term clientele.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets by demonstrating product expertise across ready-to-wear, accessories and beauty categories.
  • Provide styling advice and complete looks for clients, managing fittings and follow-up to ensure exceptional post‑purchase experience.
  • Maintain boutique standards: visual merchandising, window presentation, stock replenishment, housekeeping and adherence to brand image guidelines.
  • Operate POS and CRM systems for sales transactions, client records and after‑sales service; ensure accurate reporting and cash handling.
  • Support boutique operations including inventory control, new‑product launches, client events and coordination with the store management team.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail or high-end services, demonstrating consistent sales results and client development.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with polished presentation and a service‑oriented demeanour.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of fashion, accessories and/or beauty products with an ability to translate product storytelling into sales.
  • Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and public holidays; ability to travel locally for client appointments and events when required.
  • Right to work in Canada and legal eligibility to work in Vancouver.

Experience
