Chanel is hiring a Fashion Advisor in Taipei City — represent Chanel's luxury merchandise, cultivate clients and drive sales across the Taipei region.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised client service and cultivate long-term client relationships across the Taipei region.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling, cross-selling and up-selling.
- Maintain deep product knowledge across Chanel categories (ready-to-wear, accessories, leather goods, beauty) and operate as a trusted adviser to clients.
- Execute visual merchandising and presentation standards to reflect brand identity and seasonal directives.
- Manage transactional activities including POS operations, stock handling, inventory control and after-sales follow-up.
- Collaborate with store and regional teams on client events, appointments and CRM initiatives to grow the client base.
- Ensure compliance with brand policies, loss-prevention procedures and the highest standards of store housekeeping.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of delivering high-level client service in luxury retail or hospitality environments.
- Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrable history of meeting sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, discretion and the ability to build trust with high-net-worth clients.
- Fluent Mandarin; proficiency in English is highly desirable.
- Flexible availability to work retail shifts, including weekends and holidays; willingness to travel within the Taipei region when required.
Skills
Experience
1–3 years of client-facing sales experience, preferably within luxury fashion, accessories, or high-end hospitality. Demonstrated success with appointment-based selling and client acquisition is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or tertiary training in fashion, retail, hospitality, or a related discipline is advantageous.
