Chanel Singapore seeks a Fashion Advisor to deliver exceptional client service and drive boutique sales in the Singapore flagship.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a consistently exceptional, personalised client experience that reflects Chanel’s standards of service and brand codes.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling, follow-up and tailored product recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed boutique sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and upselling across categories (ready-to-wear, accessories, beauty).
- Maintain an elevated boutique environment through precise visual merchandising, stock presentation and housekeeping standards.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately, manage transactions and ensure impeccable after-sales service.
- Support inventory control, handle stock movements and participate in stocktaking procedures.
- Attend product and service trainings, participate in brand events and collaborate with the boutique team on local marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to provide high-calibre client service and to cultivate client loyalty in a luxury retail environment.
- Polished personal presentation and strong understanding of luxury brand etiquette.
- Sales-oriented mindset with demonstrable ability to meet targets and drive conversion.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Right to work in Singapore.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of client-facing experience in luxury retail or a premium service environment; demonstrable track record of meeting sales objectives and building repeat clientele is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualifications in fashion, retail management or business are advantageous but not required.
