Chanel is hiring a Fashion Advisor in Seoul — provide exceptional luxury client service and drive sales for the House's collections.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalised client service and cultivate long‑term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow‑up.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and expert product presentation.
  • Maintain expert, up‑to‑date knowledge of Chanel collections, brand heritage and product attributes to advise clients accurately.
  • Manage daily store operations including transactions, inventory control, stock replenishment and visual merchandising standards.
  • Develop and maintain the client database and CRM records to support repeat business and personalised communications.
  • Support private appointments, trunk shows and in‑store events to enhance the client experience and drive conversion.
  • Collaborate with the store team and leadership to ensure flawless execution of merchandising directives and service protocols.
  • Handle after‑sales service, client enquiries and returns with discretion and a solution‑oriented approach.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience, preferably 2+ years in luxury or premium fashion.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrable record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a client‑focused, consultative approach.
  • Professional presentation and the ability to represent a luxury brand with discretion and poise.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced retail environment and flexible to weekend and evening schedules.
  • Fluent Korean; professional proficiency in English preferred.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury or premium fashion retail with a proven track record of sales performance and high‑level client service.
