Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of new customers by converting walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors.
  • Optimize the client experience by providing prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service.
  • Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
  • Demonstrate a proactive attitude to consistently exceed client expectations.
  • Manage repairs and maintain consistent follow-up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience in a similar role.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
  • Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Skills

Excellent communication skills. Strong understanding of and passion for client experience. Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively. Foreign language skills are preferred but not required. Passion for the House of Chanel and its history, product offerings, and social and cultural initiatives.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of related experience in the luxury fashion industry or a similar client-focused role is required.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent.
