Chanel Marbella seeks a Fashion Advisor — Ready-to-Wear to deliver personalised styling and clienteling for Chanel RTW clientele in Marbella.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and one-to-one styling for Chanel ready-to-wear clientele; maintain a high level of client satisfaction and discretion.
- Proactively build, maintain and expand a local client portfolio through clienteling, follow-ups and appointment management; retain and reactivate high-value clients.
- Drive sales performance and contribute to store KPIs by converting appointments, maximising average transaction value and achieving individual targets.
- Curate and maintain Chanel visual merchandising and product presentation to brand standards; execute floor sets, replenishment and seasonal transitions.
- Operate POS and CRM systems accurately; manage sales administration, after-sales follow-up and gift-wrapping with attention to detail.
- Manage stock receive, inventory control and basic loss-prevention duties in collaboration with store management.
- Represent the Maison at store events, trunk shows and private appointments; coordinate with store teams and regional offices as required.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across collections, materials and craftsmanship; participate in training and brand update sessions.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience in luxury fashion or premium ready-to-wear, preferably in client-facing sales or styling roles.
- Commercially minded with a demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Polished personal presentation, impeccable discretion and the ability to build trust with high-net-worth clients.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; confident conducting private appointments and delivering bespoke styling advice.
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends; reliable punctuality and professional conduct.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of direct experience in luxury retail or premium ready-to-wear sales, with demonstrable success in client acquisition, personal styling and meeting sales targets.
Education
Secondary education required; diploma or degree in fashion, retail management or a related field preferred.
