Chanel Madrid is hiring a Fashion Advisor — Ready-to-Wear Expert to deliver exemplary client service and drive RTW sales in Madrid.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, high‑touch client service to a discerning clientele of Ready‑to‑Wear customers, building long‑term relationships and client loyalty.
  • Advise and style clients on RTW collections, creating complete looks and providing product expertise across fabrics, fit and finishing.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs through proactive clienteling, follow‑up and appointment management.
  • Manage client portfolio using CRM and POS tools; schedule private appointments and maintain accurate client records.
  • Ensure visual merchandising and product presentation meet Chanel standards; support inventory replenishment and stock management.
  • Collaborate with store management and cross‑functional teams on local initiatives, launches and private events.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of seasonal collections, brand history and competitor activity to inform selling and client conversations.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record (typically 3+ years) in luxury ready‑to‑wear or high‑end fashion retail with demonstrable sales results.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and consultative selling skills; able to develop enduring client relationships.
  • Strong sense of style, fit and garment construction specific to ready‑to‑wear collections.
  • Fluent Spanish; professional working proficiency in English desirable.
  • Professional presentation, discretion and a commitment to the standards of a luxury maison.

Experience

Education

Bachelor's degree in fashion, merchandising, marketing or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in luxury retail.
