Chanel is hiring a Fashion Advisor in Paris to deliver luxury clienteling, sales and visual merchandising for boutique operations.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised clienteling and relationship management to retain and grow a high-value customer base.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and product storytelling.
- Manage the client experience from reception to after-sales, including private appointments, fittings and follow-up communications.
- Maintain immaculate boutique standards: visual merchandising, window displays, stockroom organisation and product presentation.
- Execute transactional duties accurately using point-of-sale systems and maintain up-to-date client records in CRM.
- Support boutique events and VIP initiatives, coordinating logistics and bespoke client invitations as required.
- Uphold brand codes of conduct and confidentiality when interacting with clients and handling sensitive client information.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail sales with demonstrable results; experience selling high-value fashion or accessories preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with polished presentation, discretion and a client-first mindset.
- Strong commercial acumen and numeracy to manage transactions, targets and stock controls.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak sales periods.
- Ability to operate boutique POS systems and CRM platforms; aptitude for learning brand-specific tools.
Skills
Experience
Typically 2+ years of direct experience in luxury or premium fashion retail with a proven sales record and familiarity with high-net-worth clientele interactions.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in retail, fashion or customer service is advantageous.
