Chanel seeks a Fashion Advisor in North York to deliver exceptional client service and drive boutique sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized client service and build long-term client relationships through active clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed boutique sales targets through consultative selling and expert product recommendations across ready-to-wear, accessories and beauty lines.
  • Maintain impeccable boutique presentation: visual merchandising, housekeeping, inventory replenishment and window displays in line with Maison standards.
  • Process transactions accurately, manage payments and returns, and ensure compliance with point-of-sale procedures and loss-prevention policies.
  • Support boutique initiatives and private client events, including appointment management, VIP previews and after-sales service.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail, high-end boutique or premium brand sales; experience with designer fashion preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, polished presentation and the ability to advise high-net-worth clients with discretion.
  • Strong commercial acumen and results orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Right to work in Canada and flexibility to work retail shifts including evenings, weekends and occasional extended hours.

Experience

Previous experience within luxury retail or a high-end boutique environment is preferred; demonstrated success in client-focused sales roles is required.

Education
