Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized styling and high-touch client experiences, tailoring product selections to individual client needs and occasions.
  • Develop, maintain and expand a loyal client base through proactive clienteling, follow-up and CRM management.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed individual and boutique sales objectives while supporting store-wide commercial initiatives.
  • Maintain impeccable boutique standards including visual merchandising, product presentation and housekeeping to brand guidelines.
  • Process sales transactions, returns and exchanges accurately; provide after-sales support and coordinate special order handling.
  • Support inventory control, stock replenishment and receipt procedures; communicate product trends and client feedback to management.
  • Collaborate with the boutique team to execute events, private appointments and product launches.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail sales, ideally within fashion, accessories or beauty segments.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship-management skills with a client-focused attitude.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a history of meeting sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
  • Polished professional presentation, discretion and tact when working with high-net-worth clients.
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.

Experience
