Chanel seeks a Fashion Advisor (temporary) in Milan. Join the boutique team to deliver luxury client service and sales excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalised client service and drive sales through active prospecting and clienteling.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge across fashion, leather goods and accessories to advise clients and close transactions.
  • Manage point-of-sale transactions, returns and customer records in accordance with brand procedures.
  • Contribute to boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards to reflect brand identity.
  • Support stockroom operations including replenishment, receiving and inventory accuracy.
  • Assist with in-store events, private appointments and VIP client experiences.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail or boutique sales (preferred: 1+ year).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a polished, professional manner and high standards of confidentiality.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and to adapt to a temporary contract schedule.
  • Fluent spoken and written communication appropriate for client-facing retail; multilingual ability is advantageous.

Experience

Previous experience in luxury retail or premium boutiques is preferred, ideally with demonstrable sales performance and client development in a high-end fashion environment.

Education
