Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver bespoke, white-glove client service that cultivates and retains high-value relationships.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and effective closing.
- Maintain expert product knowledge across ready-to-wear, accessories and beauty to provide personalised styling advice.
- Manage clienteling activities: proactively prospect, follow up, schedule appointments and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Ensure impeccable visual merchandising and boutique presentation in line with Chanel brand standards.
- Execute stock management duties including receiving, replenishment, transfers and reconciliation with POS.
- Support boutique initiatives and private client events, liaising with the store management and wider regional teams.
- Adhere to loss-prevention, compliance and service protocols, ensuring discretion and confidentiality with all clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or boutique environments with demonstrable sales results.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly with discerning clients.
- Polished professional presentation and strong sense of personal grooming.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Right to work in the United States (work authorization).
Skills
Experience
Typically 2+ years of experience in luxury retail, boutique sales or high-end customer service with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and working with high-net-worth clients.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualification in fashion, business, retail or hospitality is preferred but not required.
