Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver bespoke, white-glove client service that cultivates and retains high-value relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and effective closing.
  • Maintain expert product knowledge across ready-to-wear, accessories and beauty to provide personalised styling advice.
  • Manage clienteling activities: proactively prospect, follow up, schedule appointments and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Ensure impeccable visual merchandising and boutique presentation in line with Chanel brand standards.
  • Execute stock management duties including receiving, replenishment, transfers and reconciliation with POS.
  • Support boutique initiatives and private client events, liaising with the store management and wider regional teams.
  • Adhere to loss-prevention, compliance and service protocols, ensuring discretion and confidentiality with all clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail or boutique environments with demonstrable sales results.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly with discerning clients.
  • Polished professional presentation and strong sense of personal grooming.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
  • Right to work in the United States (work authorization).

Experience
