Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised service to high‑value clients and consistently exceed individual sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain a qualified client portfolio through active prospecting, clienteling and CRM management.
  • Provide expert product advice across fashion, accessories and beauty categories; conduct private appointments and guided fittings.
  • Ensure flawless boutique standards: visual merchandising, window presentation and daily housekeeping in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Operate POS and complete sales transactions, manage stock movements, inventory counts and store replenishment.
  • Coordinate and support in‑store events, private viewings and VIP experiences to strengthen client engagement.
  • Record sales activity and client interactions accurately in CRM; report on KPIs and contribute to monthly sales analysis.
  • Collaborate with the boutique team and local management to share market feedback and participate in continuous learning.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in luxury retail or high‑end fashion boutiques with a verifiable sales record.
  • Proven ability to cultivate and manage long‑term client relationships (clienteling) and to close high‑value transactions.
  • Impeccable professional presentation, strong interpersonal skills and a service‑oriented demeanour.
  • Flexible availability including weekends and evenings; willingness to participate in events and private appointments.
  • Legal authorization to work in Mexico.
  • Tertiary qualification in fashion, retail or business is advantageous.

Experience
