Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high‑touch client service and build long‑term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow‑up.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and product cross‑selling (ready‑to‑wear, leather goods, accessories, and beauty where applicable).
- Maintain exemplary boutique standards: visual merchandising, presentation, stock replenishment, and floor readiness.
- Develop and maintain in‑depth product knowledge to present the maison’s codes and craftsmanship convincingly to clients.
- Manage fittings, reservations and bespoke service requests, coordinating closely with the boutique manager and back‑of‑house teams.
- Process transactions accurately using the boutique POS and ensure compliance with company policies and cash handling procedures.
- Represent the brand with discretion and professionalism at all times; handle confidential client information sensitively.
- Contribute to local client acquisition initiatives and events, supporting outreach and private appointments as required.
Qualifications
- Polished, professional presentation and demeanor consistent with luxury brand standards.
- Commercial mindset with a proven ability to convert client interactions into sales.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; discretion and respect for client confidentiality.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Right to work in the Hong Kong/Macau market and availability for on‑site boutique shifts.
- Ability to collaborate within a small, high‑performing retail team and to take initiative in a fast‑paced environment.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of experience in luxury retail, boutique sales, or high‑end hospitality; prior experience selling fashion, leather goods or accessories preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, luxury brand management, or hospitality is advantageous.
