Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized, high‑touch client service and build long‑term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow‑up.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and product cross‑selling (ready‑to‑wear, leather goods, accessories, and beauty where applicable).
  • Maintain exemplary boutique standards: visual merchandising, presentation, stock replenishment, and floor readiness.
  • Develop and maintain in‑depth product knowledge to present the maison’s codes and craftsmanship convincingly to clients.
  • Manage fittings, reservations and bespoke service requests, coordinating closely with the boutique manager and back‑of‑house teams.
  • Process transactions accurately using the boutique POS and ensure compliance with company policies and cash handling procedures.
  • Represent the brand with discretion and professionalism at all times; handle confidential client information sensitively.
  • Contribute to local client acquisition initiatives and events, supporting outreach and private appointments as required.

Qualifications

  • Polished, professional presentation and demeanor consistent with luxury brand standards.
  • Commercial mindset with a proven ability to convert client interactions into sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; discretion and respect for client confidentiality.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
  • Right to work in the Hong Kong/Macau market and availability for on‑site boutique shifts.
  • Ability to collaborate within a small, high‑performing retail team and to take initiative in a fast‑paced environment.

Experience

Typically 1–3 years of experience in luxury retail, boutique sales, or high‑end hospitality; prior experience selling fashion, leather goods or accessories preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, luxury brand management, or hospitality is advantageous.
