Chanel seeks a Part-time Fashion Advisor in Macao SAR — provide personalised luxury service and drive boutique sales.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised client service and build long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and appropriate product recommendations.
- Develop deep product knowledge across ready-to-wear, accessories, leather goods and beauty to provide authoritative advice.
- Manage the client database and CRM interactions, document client preferences and anticipate repeat-purchase opportunities.
- Maintain boutique presentation to brand standards, including visual merchandising, stock rotation and housekeeping.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately and ensure compliance with cash handling and transactional procedures.
- Support in-store events, private appointments and VIP services, coordinating with the boutique team and regional offices as required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury or premium retail (preferably in fashion or accessories).
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering a high level of client service.
- Strong interpersonal skills with polished grooming and professional presence befitting a luxury maison.
- Ability to manage confidential client information with discretion and professionalism.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required for a part-time schedule.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of retail experience, with prior exposure to luxury or premium-brand environments preferred. Demonstrable sales achievement and experience in client relationship management are expected.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or hospitality is a plus.
