Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver bespoke, high-touch client service and personalised styling advice to a diverse local and international clientele, cultivating long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive clienteling, outreach, and follow-up using the boutique’s CRM and sales tools.
  • Present and maintain merchandise according to Chanel visual standards, including floor moves, window displays, and seasonal resets to uphold brand aesthetics.
  • Manage daily boutique operations including point-of-sale transactions, accurate cash handling, stock replenishment, inventory control and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Coordinate client appointments and private viewings, support after-sales care and handle client enquiries with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with the boutique management team to identify local business opportunities, report client feedback, and participate in training to deepen product knowledge and selling techniques.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail or boutique sales, preferably within fashion or accessories.
  • Demonstrated excellence in clienteling, relationship management and high-value sales conversion.
  • Professional presentation and polished interpersonal demeanour aligned with luxury brand standards.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
  • Legal right to work in Turkey.

Experience

Education

High school diploma required; vocational training or formal education in retail, fashion, hospitality or a related discipline preferred.
