Chanel seeks a Fashion Advisor in Houston, TX to deliver exceptional client service and drive boutique sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide discreet, anticipatory and personalized service to a discerning clientele, building long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive clienteling, outreach and in‑store conversion.
  • Maintain in-store standards of merchandising, visual presentation and product knowledge consistent with Chanel brand guidelines.
  • Manage sales transactions, returns and client records accurately using the boutique point-of-sale and CRM systems.
  • Support stock management activities including receiving, replenishment and inventory control; coordinate with store leadership on replenishment needs.
  • Participate in boutique events, private appointments and special client experiences; represent the brand with professionalism at all times.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies on loss prevention, product authentication and luxury retail standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven aptitude for high-end client service and relationship building; empathy and discretion when working with VIP clients.
  • Demonstrable sales results in luxury retail or equivalent high-touch service environments.
  • Impeccable personal presentation and strong verbal communication skills.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays; ability to work retail rota and attend client events.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury retail or high-end fashion sales with a proven track record of client development and meeting sales targets. Experience in private appointments and VIP service is highly valued.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent. Further education in fashion, retail, merchandising or business is a plus.
