Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised client service and cultivate long‑term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow‑up.
- Advise clients on styling, fit and product selection across ready‑to‑wear, accessories and beauty categories to maximise conversion and average transaction value.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and appointment‑based consultations.
- Maintain expert product knowledge and communicate brand heritage, materials and care recommendations with authority.
- Support boutique operations including visual merchandising standards, stock management, POS transactions and service recovery.
- Coordinate with store management on client events, private appointments and CRM records to optimise retention and acquisition.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales aptitude with a client‑centric approach and strong interpersonal presence.
- Outstanding grooming, presentation and professionalism consistent with a luxury retail environment.
- Ability to work a variable retail schedule including weekends, evenings and peak shopping periods.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in client records and follow‑up.
Skills
Experience
Typically 2+ years of direct sales experience in a luxury fashion or premium retail environment; demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets preferred.
Education
Secondary education; vocational training in retail, fashion or customer service preferred.
