Overview

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service that embodies the Chanel house codes and converts high-value client interactions into sales.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through active clienteling: follow-ups, appointment management and bespoke aftercare.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets while accurately recording transactions and client data in the CRM/POS.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the boutique environment reflects Chanel’s aesthetic and seasonal directives.
- Support stock management activities including replenishment, inventory accuracy and collaboration with the boutique manager for assortments and transfers.
- Participate in boutique events, private appointments and product launches, providing tailored styling advice and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Impeccable interpersonal skills with a polished, client-focused demeanour appropriate for luxury retail.
- Strong commercial acumen and proven ability to meet or exceed sales objectives.
- Fluent presentation of product knowledge across categories (ready-to-wear, leather goods, accessories, beauty) and commitment to continuous learning.
- Availability for flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and public holidays; legal eligibility to work in Italy.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–2 years of client-facing experience in luxury retail or a comparable high-end service environment is preferred; prior experience with a prestige fashion or beauty brand is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in fashion, retail or hospitality is desirable.
