Chanel is hiring a Fashion Advisor at Brown Thomas Dublin — deliver luxury client service and drive sales in Dublin for Chanel.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and develop long-term client relationships to grow sales and lifetime value.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, cross-selling and after-sales follow-up.
- Maintain deep product knowledge across ready-to-wear, accessories and beauty; present merchandise with editorial standards consistent with the Chanel image.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring window and in-store presentation meet brand guidelines.
- Operate POS systems accurately, manage daily cash handling and support inventory control and stock replenishment.
- Support in-store client events and VIP appointments, liaising with store management and CRM teams to coordinate invitations and follow-up.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or premium fashion sales preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a polished, client-facing presence.
- High standards of professionalism, grooming and presentation consistent with luxury retail.
- Flexible availability including weekends and retail peak periods.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of client-facing experience in luxury or premium retail is preferred; experience in department-store environments such as Brown Thomas is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; vocational retail training or luxury brand certifications are advantageous.
