Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, appointment-driven client service and personalized clienteling to cultivate long-term relationships and loyalty.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and product expertise.
  • Provide authoritative product knowledge across categories (ready-to-wear, accessories, beauty, fragrance) and advise clients on styling and wardrobe solutions.
  • Manage in-store operations including point-of-sale transactions, accurate cash handling, client records and CRM updates.
  • Support visual merchandising standards and boutique presentation to ensure a cohesive luxury environment.
  • Coordinate private appointments, trunk shows and client events in collaboration with the boutique team and management.
  • Execute stock management tasks such as receiving, replenishment and inventory controls while maintaining confidentiality of client information.
  • Act as an ambassador for the maison, upholding brand codes of conduct, confidentiality and exceptional service standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver high-touch luxury client service with discretion and emotional intelligence.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; polished presentation and professional deportment.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with demonstrable success in meeting or surpassing targets.
  • Organized and reliable, with the capacity to manage appointments, follow-ups and CRM records.
  • Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and high-season peaks.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Experience

Typically 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably within the luxury or premium fashion sector, with a track record of high-level client service and sales performance.
