Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of new customers by converting walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors.
  • Optimize the client experience by providing prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service.
  • Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
  • Demonstrate a proactive attitude to consistently exceed client expectations.
  • Manage repairs and maintain consistent follow-up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift 15 lbs.
  • Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Skills

Strong ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively. Deep understanding of and passion for client experience. Excellent communication skills. Foreign language skills are preferred. Passion for Chanel's history, product offerings, and social and cultural initiatives.

Experience

A minimum of three years of related experience in a client-facing role within the luxury fashion industry is required.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent.
