Chanel seeks a Fashion Advisor on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, CA to deliver personalised luxury client service and drive sales.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service through one-to-one appointments, in-store consultations and proactive clienteling to cultivate long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and cross-selling across apparel, leather goods, accessories and beauty lines.
- Maintain intimate product knowledge and convey brand heritage, craftsmanship and product details to clients accurately and persuasively.
- Manage client records and follow-up communications to build a qualified pipeline of VIP and prospective clients.
- Support visual merchandising standards, ensuring product presentation, displays and stock placement reflect Chanel’s brand aesthetics and store directives.
- Process transactions and returns accurately using the store POS; ensure compliance with cash-handling and loss-prevention procedures.
- Coordinate and prepare for private client appointments, trunk shows and special events hosted at the Rodeo Drive boutique.
- Collaborate with store leadership on inventory flow, allocation requests and bespoke client orders to optimise availability for priority clients.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated track record in luxury retail sales with proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused, discreet manner.
- Strong aptitude for clienteling, relationship management and appointment-based selling.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak luxury shopping periods.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Skills
Experience
Preferably 2+ years of experience in luxury or premium retail environments, with documented success in client development and sales performance. Experience servicing VIP clientele and managing private appointments is highly valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree in fashion, business, retail management or a related field preferred.
